Abstract
This paper presents an overview of the Hellenic Air Force F-4E Avionic Upgrade Program (HAF F-4E AUP), its goals and objectives, and secondly it shares the most important experiences gained in such a very tight scheduled, three-national, multi-partner program, conducted at different locations in Germany and Greece.
